He was also a registered First Class Contractor with Departments of Irrigation and Panchayati Raj, Govt of AP. He has vast experience in Structural Engineering and Valuation of Projects, which will be an asset to OMCON.     

G. Kalyan Rao, Managing Director, a Civil Engineering Graduate, has been in  construction Industry since 1988. He is a pioneer in the development of Multi Storied Construction business in Vizag city. Being the MD of the Principle Company, Pragati, he was greatly  responsible for the growth of the company, with reputation for quality and promptness. He is always abreast with technology and trends in the construction Industry.

Dr. Surla Ravi Kumar, Executive Director,is a Medical Professional by qualification. His deep desire to be an entrepreneur has brought him to the construction Industry . With his disposition and amiability, he is responsible for  Sales, Marketing and Customer Relations of the company. He is also responsible for compliance and supervision of the corporate affairs.

G. Ramana Murthy, Director Operations, is born into a business family. He has vast experience in the business and is responsible for administration and business operations of the company. He played a significant role in the growth of Pragati and maintaining the Human Resources of the company.
